Property care is individually quoted. Lawn maintenance, snow removal, and pressure washing are not offered through this service.

Final scope depends on display size, materials, and design. Larger commercial or multi-entry properties receive a custom proposal. Holiday lighting is provided and installed by a separate company, with a separate quote. It is not included in our décor packages. No roof installations.

Absolutely. Choose property care, décor, or both. Cleanup can be once yearly, spring and fall, or a tailored schedule. Irrigation startup and winterization can be booked together or separately.
Reusable décor belongs to OCD Outdoor. We handle its removal and storage. Real pumpkins and seasonal plants are included as agreed in your design and can be collected or left with you by arrangement.
Yes. Designed especially for businesses, The Full Season keeps storefronts, offices and customer-facing entrances welcoming through fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas & winter, New Year, Valentine’s, St. Patrick’s, and spring & Easter. Full-season décor is also available for homes. Keep every occasion or tailor the calendar. We confirm the designs, changeovers, materials and custom quote before work begins, with final takedown after Easter.
Agreed seasonal changeovers are included in your full-season proposal. Extra refresh visits, natural-material replacements or changes beyond that scope are quoted for your approval.
Nozzle replacements are included with service. All other repairs and replacement parts are separately priced and require your approval.
Holiday lighting is handled by another company and quoted separately. It is not included in OCD Outdoor décor packages. We do not offer roof installations.
